B. On October 14, 199, the Plaintiff Company obtained the approval of the housing construction project plan for the instant apartment, and several construction companies and construction costs shall be paid in accordance with the base rate, and some of the construction contracts entered into with the content of the construction contract for the repayment to the instant apartment, and started the instant construction from January 11, 200 to January 11, 200.

C. On April 7, 2001, Defendant B, as the representative director of G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”), entered into a construction contract between the Plaintiff Company and the instant construction project, which was the construction cost of KRW 407,900,000 for interior works, and 18 companies other than the instant company entered into a construction contract with the Plaintiff Company and the construction project.

F From June 2002, the instant construction was performed by borrowing KRW 8,557,00,000 from the Rental Housing Fund from the National Bank of Korea (hereinafter “National Bank”) by the National Bank of Korea (hereinafter “National Bank”) or raising funds by selling a part of the instant apartment without the approval of the sale. However, the instant construction was suspended on July 2002 due to the failure to pay the construction price to the contractor of the instant construction.
