However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On April 15, 2017, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victims from FPC located in Gangwon-gun E at approximately 02:00 on April 15, 2017, to the extent that the victim G brought about KRW 70,000,000, cash located in the front of a computer between the victim G, and that the Defendant corrected this part of the charges ex officio to the extent that it does not materially disadvantage the Defendant’s exercise of his/her right to defense, as described in attached Table 1, from March 27, 2017 to April 15, 2017.

On April 7, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business: (a) paid accommodation expenses at the Moel located in H at the Han-si, Han-si; and (b) paid KRW 27,000 using the stolen C check, such as No. 1 No. 4 of the List of Crimes, and used the stolen credit card or debit card more than four times in total from around that time to April 12, 2017, as described in attached Table 2 of the List of Crimes.
