However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. On September 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by taking two registration number plates E in business owned by the victim D, which were stored in the market price, before the warehouse C in the racing-si; and (b) committed theft.

No person who violates the purpose of air protection, violates the Automobile Management Act, or violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act, or uses illegally or unlawfully any motor vehicle registration number plate and seal affixed by the Mayor/Do Governor shall be detached, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor, and the motor vehicle registration number plate, etc. shall not be forged, altered, or used unlawfully or use it

On September 2018, the Defendant arbitrarily removed the I dump truck registration number plate registered in the Defendant’s name H, and attached the E registration number plate that stolen as described in paragraph (1) to I dump truck.

The Defendant continued to operate dump trucks from the early December 2, 2018 to January 17, 2019 to the J, who is an employee of the Defendant, from the first police officer to the first police officer at the port of one week at port, and from the first police officer at the J, the Defendant’s employees.

As above, the Defendant used the registration number plate unlawfully and used the air illegally, and exercised the air units illegally used.
