1. With respect to each share of 2/11 shares, the Defendants indicated in the attached Form 26, 27, and 27, among the attached Form No. 817 square meters in Hanam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

Reasons

1. The land indicated in Paragraph 1 of the Disposition of Claim is owned by the Plaintiff, and the network E interferes with the Plaintiff’s exercise of ownership by constructing and owning each building listed in Paragraph 1 of the Disposition on the ground. As such, the Defendants, the heir of the network E, are obligated to remove each of the above buildings and deliver the part of the land to the Plaintiff with respect to each inheritance share.
