The judgment below

In light of the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, it is justifiable to find the court below guilty of the facts charged of this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, exceeding the bounds of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, or by misapprehending the legal principles

subsection (b) of this section.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
