1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 21,80,000 on the Plaintiff and as a result, from May 26, 2006 to September 30, 2015.
1. Indication of Claim: Lawsuits filed against the Defendants by the Suwon District Court on August 31, 2006 for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the judgment bond in the case of 2006Da47246 delivered on August 31, 2006
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015); and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the said Act, the part seeking payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate exceeding 15% per annum after October 1, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
