1. The Defendants shall receive on December 27, 2002 from D each real estate listed in the separate sheet.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, as a creditor of D, seeks implementation of the procedure for registration of cancellation of the above right to collateral security against the heir E, who is the above right to collateral security, on account of the extinguishment of the secured obligation of the right to collateral security stated in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition.
