(a) The rate of KRW 17,084,276 and the rate of KRW 15,55,40 among them shall be from August 18, 2014 to the date of full payment.

(Provided, That the “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”;

2. Judgment deeming confessions: Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant is served with the original copy of the payment order and submitted a written objection thereto; however, the written objection submitted by the defendant only contains the purport of objection against the payment order, and does not state the plaintiff's assertion. Since the defendant did not submit a written response and did not appear on the date for pleading, it is deemed that all the plaintiff's assertion was led to confessions in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
