1. On August 1, 2014, the Defendant is jointly and severally with the remaining day of a limited liability company, as to KRW 2,407,435 and KRW 2,301,073 among them.
Reasons

(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”, and the payment order against the limited liability company which was the initial co-debtor and the payment order against B is finalized). 2.
