The Defendant tried to obtain money from an insurance company under the name of medical expenses, etc. by using the so-called “surbling” method, where he faces with arms intentionally, while passing through the side for vehicles operating narrow alleys.

The Defendant, around August 16, 2017, at around 18:30, as Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Siroporo 144-gil 17 (the Southern market). From that point to May 1, 2018, the Defendant, as if the incident was not an accident that was subject to insurance payment by the above method, had the victims deceiving, and had them receive KRW 3,980,710 in total under the name of insurance money six times, such as the No. 1 through No. 633 of the List of Crimes, and acquired KRW 5,02,00 in total two times, such as [Attachment] No. 7,88 of the List of Crimes, and acquired KRW 5,02,00 in total, but did not go through the review of the payment of insurance money.
