A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
The evidence No. 19-107, which was seized at the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office on January 22, 2019, is the evidence No. 1 to No. 1.
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On June 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and eight months of imprisonment for violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Gwangju District Court on September 25, 2018 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jung-Eup Prison on September 25, 2018.

1. Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Meblopon (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”). A. The Defendant dealt with the following psychotropic drugs-related Mebopon.
On October 2018, the Defendant sold 2g philophones by receiving approximately 500,000 won from D at a rest area (subsan direction) located in B in Mayang-si, Manyang-si, and selling 2g philophones.
B. At around 14:00 on January 11, 2019, the Defendant issued 0.06 g of philopon to D from a rest area (subsan direction) located in Gwangju-si B.
C. At around 18:00 on January 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stopped in the vicinity of F in Sacheon-si E; (b) however, in the Defendant’s vehicle for the use of K5 passenger cars, the Defendant injected a phiphone by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophone into a single-use injection instrument; (c) dilution with water; and (d) in injection with the body.
On January 16, 2019, the Defendant possessed approximately 6g of philopon in K7 passenger cars operated by the Defendant at a C resting area (subsan direction) located in Mayang-si B on January 16, 2019.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. On October 2018, 2018, the Defendant driven an IK5 passenger vehicle in front of the front of the H, which was located in Samcheon-si G, via a rest area of C located in Gwangju-si B from the front of the H to the front of the H, without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 80km section from the front of the H to the front of the H.
B. On January 16, 2019, the Defendant driven a passenger vehicle at JK7m without obtaining a driver’s license at approximately 50 km section from the front of a bus terminal located in Samcheon-si, Samcheon-si, to the roads of the C resting area located in Samyang-si B.
