Punishment of the crime

In a way that it is impossible to know by using the account number and password of a corporate bank that was discovered by the injured party, the nameless person transferred KRW 31.6 million to the one bank account (E) in the name of the injured party, and KRW 10 million to the one bank account (F) in the name of the accused, and transferred KRW 41.6 million in total.
On the other hand, on May 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a person who was in the name of the deceased, stating that “the Defendant would pay KRW 1 million as the daily allowance per the face of Do and Jeju; and (b) accepted the proposal; and (c) affixed a seal thereon.

At around 12:00, in the process of withdrawing the money of another person's 37 million won deposited in the defendant's account in return for the payment of KRW 1.6 million from a third person's money deposited in the defendant's account, around 22:12:00, by deceiving the victim, inputting a false information or improper order into a computer or any other information processing device without authority, or by allowing another person to enter and alter information processing without authority.
Nevertheless, the defendant is on the same day.
