대여금반환
1. The defendant shall pay 20,385,217 won to the plaintiff.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.

1. Fact that he/she has no dispute;
A. On March 17, 2008, the Japanese Savings Bank Co., Ltd. loaned KRW 100 million to the Defendant on September 17, 2010.
B. While the Defendant fully repaid the principal of the principal and interest of the loans to the Japanese Savings Bank, the Defendant did not pay the interest of KRW 20,385,217 calculated as of March 11, 2014.
C. Meanwhile, the Japanese Savings Bank was declared bankrupt by the Seoul Central District Court on September 7, 2012, and the Plaintiff was appointed as the manager.
(2012Hahap96) According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim on February 2, 201, the defendant is obligated to pay interest of KRW 20,385,217 to the plaintiff.
3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
