When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

It is false to the effect that C is in need of a hospital fee. The victim’s phone transfer KRW 3 million to a bank account in the name of C, and then, C transfers the above KRW 3 million to C in the name of the Defendant’s friendship D’s account, and for the same year, C transfers the above KRW 3 million to C in the name of the Defendant’s friendship.

8. Around 24.24. Around the same day, by deceiving the victim in the above manner, let the victim transfer KRW 2 million to the bank account in the above C’s name, and then C wired the above KRW 2 million to the account E, a gambling site company, and thus, received a return of KRW 5 million.

2. On June 23, 2017, the Defendant made a phone call to the victim, and made a false statement to the effect that the amount to be paid to AC is KRW 3 million. It is necessary for F to deliver the F’s certificate of personal seal impression, resident registration copy, and copy of resident registration. F will pay KRW 300,000 in 10 times a month. It is false to the effect that F will pay KRW 3 million in 300,000,000 to the bank account in the name of F on the same day, and then, to F on the same day.
