Reasons

1. On October 21, 2017 between the basic plaintiff and the defendant, a claim for return of the real estate name map and the amount of overdue rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent due to the termination of a lease agreement entered into with respect to the portion (A) of 24.8 square meters in sequence among the real estate strata listed in the attached Table No. 2, 3, 6, 7, and 2.
