Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

Criminal facts
On July 27, 2017, the Defendant is a person engaged in driving D concrete mixed trucks, and around 12:45 on July 27, 2017, the Defendant is driving at the four-lane crossing of 36-4 U.S. Dotan-ri, U.S. 2A70 Blue apartment construction site at the intersection of the four-lane 6-lanes in the vicinity of the construction site to the traffic-related construction institute in Korea. The Defendant is going to the left turn to the left turn to the left at the intersection of the above intersection by negligence in violation of the signal while the new signals of the vehicle going to the right turn to the left.
