Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and records, the court below is just in holding that the plaintiff's claim amount against the defendant was not determined as KRW 13.5 million through the agreement in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles as to the interpretation of the disposal document or misunderstanding of facts beyond the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
