마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Criminal facts
The Defendant, even if not a narcotics handler, treated as follows JWH-018 and 5F-UR-144 (referred to as XLR-11, hereinafter “EXE-11”) designated as its dead body, even if he is not a narcotics handler.
1. On September 8, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 4ml 2.50,000 won from D in Gyeyang-gu C commercial building in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoul, 2015.
2. On September 25, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 4ml from Gangnam-gu Seoul E and 207, Gangnam-gu, Seoul E and 207, using Kwikset Service. On the same day, the Defendant, at around 21:02, remitted KRW 2.50,00 to the Korean bank account of about 4ml in the name of the purchase price of approximately 2.5ml in the above XL-11.
3. On October 19, 2015, the Defendant agreed to purchase X-EL -11 from D around 18:49, and then transferred KRW 2.50,00 to the account of our bank of D, and around 20:22 on the same day, the Defendant received approximately 4ml from D, by receiving approximately 2.5ml from D, EXE and approximately 207, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, and 207, by using Kwikset service.
4. On February 5, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 4ml 2.50,00,00 from D in Gyeyang-gu C commercial building in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoul.
5. On February 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase X-EL -11 from D on February 21, 2016; (b) transferred KRW 2.50,00 to the Korean bank account of D; (c) around 21:33, Gangnam-gu Seoul; and (d) around 207, receipt of approximately 4ml from D, EXE-11 by receiving about KRW 4ml from D, who sent Kwikset service.
6. On February 23, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 4ml 2.50,000 from D in Gyeyang-gu C commercial building in Gyeyang-gu, Youngyang-gu, Youngyang-gu, Seoul.
7. On February 29, 2016, the Defendant agreed to purchase X-EL -11 from D around 20:39, to transfer KRW 2.50,00 to the Korean bank account of D, and around 21:50 on the same day, the Defendant sent KRW 2.50,000 to the Seoul Gangnam-gu and 207 Kwikset service.
