Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On August 12, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a section of approximately 200 meters from the area where he/she was under the influence of alcohol content 0.153% (blood appraisal result) during blood transfusion at around 05:09 to the roads of water source viewing.
