A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

5. On May 1, 2015, the Defendant received 0.5g of philophones, which were 0.5g from H, from the J Party heading in the wife population I, at the J Party heading in Young-si.
Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.
