1. The Defendant’s KRW 41,234,398 as well as 5% per annum from August 6, 2019 to October 2, 2019 as to the Plaintiff.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is partially amended to have 12/100 per annum on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019. As such, the portion claiming damages for delay from the date following the date of adjudication of this case to the date of full payment shall be accepted only the portion calculated at the rate of 12/10 per annum, and the remainder shall be dismissed.
