1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 21,750,700 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from January 8, 2015 to March 4, 2016; and (b) from the following day.

Reasons

1. Although the Plaintiff (C) supplied construction materials equivalent to KRW 25,534,700 to the Defendant (D) until February 3, 2015, the Defendant paid the last supply amount of KRW 3,784,000,000 to April 16, 2015 and did not pay KRW 21,750,700 to the supply amount until January 7, 2015, so the said money and the damages for delay calculated at the rate prescribed by the Civil Act from January 8, 2015 to the delivery date of this complaint shall be paid.
