However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A. On November 6, 2017, around 20:40, the Defendant, at the home of the victim D as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1. Around November 6, 2017, the Defendant invaded upon the victim’s residence by entering the gate, which was under the influence of alcohol and was corrected in order to satisfy the victim.

B. On November 9, 2017, around 15:30 on November 9, 2017, the Defendant drunkd the house of the above victim D and intruded into the residence of the victim beyond the gate without any justifiable reason.

4. On November 12, 2017, the Defendant who violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (defluence assault) and intruded upon residence on November 12, 2017: (a) reported the victim 112 at the home of the above victim D on November 12, 2017 and arrested the victim, and was arrested and released by the police upon investigation on the assault case; and (b) found the victim at the home of the victim around 19:04 on the same day.
