1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On July 17, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) owned, under the Plaintiff’s name, an unauthorized structure or a container, toilet, or warehouse on the ground of sale on July 4, 2014; and (b) without the Defendant’s title, the exercise of the right to claim exclusion from interference with the ownership based on the unauthorized occupation of the site by owning a container, toilet, or warehouse on the land in question; and (c) the obligation to deliver the said container, toilet, or any part of the land in possession of the warehouse;
