1. Basic facts
A. On September 200, the Plaintiff entered into an installment financing agreement with Samsung Card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “T”) to provide installment financing services with a purchaser’s application for installment financing on behalf of the Plaintiff and to return loans and interest to Samsung Card in a case where a problem arises due to a false loan application or fraudulent sale.

On November 18, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into an installment financing agreement with “D” (with business registration under the name of “E, but E is an employee, and the actual operator is F). D, as an agency using installment, received the price of the goods sold by “D through installment of the Samsung Card,” demanded documents necessary for filing an application for installment financing from the buyer of the goods, and paid the fees to the Plaintiff, and entered into an installment financing agreement with “D” to assume responsibility if a problem arises with the buyer of the goods.

In the above process, the defendant shall comply with D's request.
