1. The Defendants: (a) on February 11, 2017, with respect to each/2 share of 1/2 of the size of 403 square meters in Gangnam-gun, Gangnam-gun, Gangnam-do.
1. Around February 12, 1997, the Plaintiff was succeeded to the possession of 403 square meters of Da-gun, Jeonnam-gun (hereinafter “instant land”) from his father E, and has occupied the instant land in a peaceful and public performance manner with his own will until now.
The Plaintiff seeks implementation of the procedure for ownership transfer registration against the Defendants, the nominal owner of the instant land, on February 11, 2017, due to the completion of prescription acquisition on the instant land.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
