A. C entered into a sales contract with the Korea Land and Housing Corporation on September 25, 2013 with a sale price of at 251,215,000 won for apartment units listed in the separate sheet.

C paid KRW 27 million to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation in relation to the above contract.

B. Around September 2013, at the same time, sold to the Plaintiff the ownership of the above apartment to KRW 39 million (i.e., KRW 27 million).

The Plaintiff paid all KRW 39 million until October 2013.

C. C died on April 9, 2014, and the Defendant is C’s children.

Therefore, the plaintiff and the defendant seek confirmation that the right to purchase the above apartment is the plaintiff.
