On May 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual fraud, etc. at the Incheon District Court Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 16, 2018. On March 15, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for ten months in the same court on March 15, 2019, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jinju Prison on December 10, 2019. On April 7, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months in the same court on July 15, 2020.

1. Around 21:20 on July 19, 2020, the criminal defendant against the victim B showed the same attitude that he/she would pay food at “D” operated by the victim B in Bupyeong-si, Busan, and ordered food and drink to the victim.

However, the defendant did not have an intention or ability to pay the price for food, etc. because he did not have any money or card to pay the price.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received from the victim the three-person swine amounting to the sum of KRW 50,000, KRW 200, KRW 300, KRW 300, KRW 200, and KRW 1 disease of beer.

2. On July 23, 2020, around 06:11, the criminal defendant against the victim E showed the same attitude that the victim E would pay the normal food value, and ordered the victim to provide food and drink.

However, the defendant did not have an intention or ability to pay the price for food, etc. because he did not have any money or card to pay the price.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received delivery from the victim of the same rank of 18,000 won in total, of 18,00 won, 1 disease, and 2 disease.

3. The Defendant, at around 13:30 on July 23, 2020, sent the same attitude of “J” operated by the victim H in Busan on July 23, 2020 to pay food and drink to the victim H in a normal manner.
