1. On October 20, 2018, around 18:55, the Defendant: (a) committed an act as if he/she had no intent or ability to pay the price despite being provided alcoholic beverages, etc.; and (b) ordered the victim to pay the price with alcoholic beverages.

The Defendant, as well as the Defendant, who received alcoholic beverages and liquors from the victim, did not pay an amount equivalent to KRW 206,00,000, even though he received alcoholic beverages and liquors from the victim. From around that time to October 21, 2018, the Defendant provided alcoholic beverages and liquors in the same manner five times in total, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 1, and did not pay an amount equivalent to KRW 978,00 in total.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings victims to acquire economic benefits equivalent to the same amount.

2. From around 18:55 on October 20, 2018, the Defendant stolen another person’s property at least three times during the period from around 2018 to October 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the D main point of the Victim C’s Operation in Chocheon-si, Dacheon-si, the Defendant called “I want to get a woman by making a phone on the phone; and (b) had one cell phone at the market price of KRW 490,000, which is the victim’s possession on the table; and (c) stolen another person’s property from around 20 to around 21, 2018, as described in the attached Table 2.

3. The Defendant, in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, was written on October 21, 2018, near F convenience stores located in Incheon-si, as shown in Appendix 3, No. 2014, Oct. 21, 2018.
