(2) Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) and (1) (i) of the Civil Procedure Act (i.e., the original copy of the instant payment order, and (ii) the Defendant submitted a formal written objection stating the purport of objection and the scheduled submission of a subsequent response after being served with the original copy of the instant payment order, and (iii) the Defendant did not submit a specific response despite the recommendation of amendment by the court, and was not present at the date of pleading, and thus, the Plaintiff’s assertion was deemed to have led to the confession of all of the Plaintiff’s allegations pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
