A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Criminal facts
On August 5, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on Seoul Central District Court on December 2, 2010, a fine of one million and five hundred thousand won as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seocho District Court on December 2, 2010, and a fine of three million won as a fine at the Seoul Western District Court on July 30, 2012.
1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) is a person who is engaged in driving service of a DMW car.
On June 7, 2015, at around 07:00, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.128%, and led to turn to the left from the right edge of the Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu.
Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care for those engaged in driving of motor vehicles to drive motor vehicles safely according to their signals.
Nevertheless, although the defendant neglected this, the defendant's turn signals to the right turn in contravention of the signal, the victim E(51) was driven by the victim E(51) under the new code due to negligence in contravention of the signal to the left turn turn turn turn turn, the front part of the car above the BMW car was shocked into the right side part of the above BM car.
Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, destroyed a car with the repair cost of KRW 749,090,000 to the car Ⅱ, but did not immediately stop the car and failed to take necessary measures.
2. Around 07:00 on June 7, 2015, the Defendant driven DMW car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.128% of blood alcohol concentration from the 10km section to the front road of the mountain village 207-dong, Seoyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si.
