All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

Reasons

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant is the C representative director of the company in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, who operates the automobile repair business by making use of 12 full-time workers. In the event a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay wages, retirement allowances, and all other money and valuables within 14 days from the time when the cause for such payment occurred, but he/she did not pay wages, retirement allowances, and other money and valuables within 14 days from the date of his/her retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the due date for payment. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 23774, Apr. 18, 2012; Presidential Decree No. 24268, Dec. 3, 2013>
