The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, we affirm the judgment of guilty of the facts charged in this case for the reasons stated in its holding, and there is no error of law such as misunderstanding of facts beyond the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence, or misunderstanding of legal principles as to the criminal intent by deception in fraud.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
