1. The Defendant’s KRW 45,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 5% from February 11, 2015 to December 12, 2015, and the following.

Reasons

1. On December 10, 2014, the Plaintiff used KRW 45,000,000 to the Defendant as of February 10, 2015. The Plaintiff sought payment of the loan and the delayed payment from the date following the due date for payment. 2. A judgment by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
