1. The plaintiff's incidental appeal and the defendant's appeal are all dismissed.
2. Costs arising from an appeal and an incidental appeal shall be respectively.
Reasons
1. The court's explanation about this case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus cites this case as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(However, the part against the defendant in the judgment of the court of first instance, which became separate and conclusive, is justifiable. Thus, the plaintiff's incidental appeal and the defendant's appeal are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
