Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment and the reasoning of the first instance judgment maintained by the lower court in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court and the first instance court, it is justifiable for the lower court to maintain the first instance judgment convicting the Defendant of the facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
