1. The Defendant’s KRW 95,818,144 and KRW 95,579,651 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 12% per annum from January 8, 2018 to January 31, 2018.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended and thus part of the claim for delay damages is dismissed.
