1. The Defendant calculated the Plaintiff’s KRW 33,967,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 21, 2016 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of claim: The plaintiff was engaged in the business of leasing heavy equipment with the trade name of B, and the defendant was engaged in civil engineering work.
On December 2015, at the request of the Defendant, the Plaintiff leased equipment at the site of the construction work for the extension of the C Building (construction, installation) and the construction work for the E High School Stacheon-gun, Cheongcheon-gun, Cheongcheon-gun, Cheongcheon-gun, Cheongcheon-gun, 2016.
The Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff KRW 33,967,00,000.
Accordingly, the plaintiff seeks the payment of the above construction cost to the defendant.
2. Judgment made by deemed confession: Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
