1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 41,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 6, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
1. Indication of claim - The plaintiff set on March 7, 2005 KRW 26 million to the defendant as the due date on March 7, 2007, and set the amount of KRW 15 million on May 17, 2006 as the due date for repayment and lent each of them on October 17, 2006.
Therefore, the defendant should pay to the plaintiff 41 million won (=26 million won) and damages for delay at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 6, 2019 to the day of complete payment, as the plaintiff seeks.
