1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 48,510,703; (b) KRW 44,836,912; and (c) KRW 44,836,912 to Plaintiff A; and (b) from July 11, 2011 to each of the above amounts.
1. Basic facts
A. The relationship between the parties 1) The plaintiff A is the deceased C (hereinafter referred to as "the deceased").
The father and the mother of the Plaintiff B are the deceased children. 2) The Defendant is an incorporated foundation that operates the Seoul Asan Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Hospital”) located in Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic 43-ro 88, Songpa-gu.
B. The deceased was born at the D Defendant hospital. After the birth, the deceased was born at the D’s hospital. C. The Defendant hospital’s medical team’s blood pressure from 11:50 on the same day to 40/12mHg on July 1, 201, after the surgery in this case, was treated by the Plaintiff hospital.
