1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 128,066,961 won and 30,197,540 won among them, from August 29, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. On October 2, 1997, the Defendant entered into a loan transaction agreement with the Korean Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. at the time of the loan transaction agreement and borrowed KRW 30 million.
The above loan principal and interest claim against the Defendant of the Bank of Korea, Inc., was transferred in sequential order to the Defendant, and the Plaintiff sought payment of the above loan principal and interest claim that the Plaintiff acquired against the Defendant.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
