(a) deliver each real estate listed in the separate sheet;

B. From November 15, 2016, each of the above.

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of each real estate listed in the separate sheet, and on November 15, 2016, the Plaintiff leased each of the above real estate to the Defendant (the lease period: two years, the rent amount: 50,000 won, and the rent payment date: the 15th day of each month).

B. The Defendant did not pay the deposit and the rent for not less than one year, and the Plaintiff expressed its intent to terminate the said lease agreement.

Therefore, the above lease contract was terminated on November 1, 2017.

C. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff each real estate listed in the separate sheet, and pay damages equivalent to the rent from November 1, 2017 to the completion date of delivery of each of the above real estate.
