No person shall have the other party deliver words, sounds, letters, pictures, images, or other things that may cause a sense of sexual shame or aversion by telephone, mail, computer, or other means of communication, with intent to arouse or satisfy his/her own or the other person's sexual desire.

Nevertheless, on April 2012, 2012, the Defendant called “I wish to see” for the purpose of meeting sexual desire by posting a telephone to the victim C who was married with the Defendant from Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu 1805.

By April 16, 2012, the Defendant sent words and text messages that may cause sexual humiliations and aversions over four times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form, to the victim.
