1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) is the Suwon District Court with respect to the land indicated in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

On November 12, 2002 with respect to the land listed in the list - The provisional registration of the right to claim the transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant (hereinafter referred to as the "provisional registration of this case") was completed on October 9, 2003 by the Suwon District Court, Sung-nam Branch of Gwangju District Court as the ground for registration No. 58186 of receipt on October 9, 2003.
- With respect to the land of this case, separate transfer registration under the name of the defendant was made on June 13, 2007 by the Suwon District Court, Sung-nam Branch of Sungwon District Court on June 15, 2007 with the receipt of No. 37323 on June 15, 2007, rather than the principal registration based on the provisional registration of this case.
- With respect to the instant land, the registration of the establishment of the establishment of the two adjacent to the Defendant and the mortgagee D Co., Ltd. was completed on April 7, 2008.
