1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,753,940 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 1, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: The plaintiff sought consolation money of KRW 28 million, but it is reasonable to determine consolation money of KRW 5 million. Thus, the part of the claim in excess shall be dismissed as it is without merit.
