On August 16, 2013, at least 00:50, the Defendant: (a) sent a c restaurant located in Chungcheongbuk-gun B with a 112-reported her business owner who did not pay the proceeds thereof; (b) sent the police officer E, who was sent to the Cheongju-si Police Station Down-gun, voluntarily accompanied the Defendant to the D police box located in B, and voluntarily accompanied the Defendant by a violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act; and (c) expressed the above police officer’s view that “A bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit son, which would be bit bit bit bit bit son,” and (d) expressed that the above police officer assigned to the above police box who was working within the above police box “a bit bit bit son,” and that he continued to interfere with the above police officer’s face and bit son’s performance of duties, etc., and (e) appears to have interfered with the above police officer’s face.”
