On September 16, 2020, the Defendant driven an E rocketing car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.065% from the 300-meter section from the inside of the park located in Manan-gu, Maan-gu, Maan-gu, Maan-gu to the front road in Manan-gu, Maan-gu.
