The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court was justifiable to have convicted of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal principles on the validity of prosecution, the burden of proof, the elements of defamation and the freedom of expression, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
