1. From February 2012, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (a collective injury, etc., with deadly weapons, etc.), the Defendant installed two game equipment in the "E" billiard room in the "E" hall of the victim D (the age of 30) who was Gangwon-gu from February 2, 2012, and frequently visited the head of the above party hall and participated in the operation of the party hall because he was involved in the distribution of profits therefrom. On August 15, 2012, the Defendant left the victim's face, bridge, etc. with the original body of the steel system, which is a dangerous object at the above stage, when the victim took part in the operation of the party hall at around 15:00.

The Defendant carried such dangerous objects and inflicted injury on the victim, such as cutting the right frame, which requires treatment for about six weeks.

2. At around 19:00 on the same day as the preceding paragraph of the assault, the Defendant took one time as the hand floor of the victim on the ground that the victim H(29 years of age) took an examination of D before the G Hospital emergency room in Hongcheon-gun F of the Gangseo-gun, and that the victim H (29 years of age) took an examination of D.

The Defendant assaulted the victim as such.

3. In order to prevent the victim D, who was abused by the Defendant and was treated in an emergency room of the above G Hospital, from reporting the Defendant, the Defendant was unable to leave the victim out of the victim by not later than 21:00 on the day immediately following the day after the date when the victim D, who was in the emergency room of the above G Hospital, was transferred to the J’s house located in the Hongcheon-gun I of the Republic of Korea, for the purpose of preventing the Defendant from reporting.

As such, the Defendant detained the victim for about 40 minutes.

4. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Assaults, deadly weapons, etc.) at around 22:00 on the same day as the preceding paragraph, and at around 22:00, the “L” party room located in Hongcheon-gun K, Hongcheon-gun, and the victim M (30 years of age) separated the Defendant’s interview with D, and made two times the victim’s knife part of the check room, which is a dangerous object.
