On April 17, 2013, at around 22:58, the Defendant driven a 7 km-5 km-on vehicle owned by the Defendant from the upper street in front of the upper street 0.085% under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.085% on April 17, 2013 to the upper street of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sinsan-dong 4 in front of 93.
